Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with Apostolic Redeem Services Private Limited (ARSPL), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Products

All products are manufactured as per specifications agreed upon at the time of order. ARSPL reserves the right to make minor technical adjustments to products without prior notice, provided these do not adversely affect performance.

Orders and Cancellations

Orders are confirmed upon receipt of advance payment. Cancellations are permitted within 24 hours of order placement without penalty. After 24 hours, cancellation may result in forfeiture of advance payment if manufacturing has commenced.

Payment

Payment must be made as per the agreed terms in the quotation. ARSPL accepts bank transfers (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), demand drafts, and UPI payments.

Warranty

ARSPL UPVC roofing sheets carry a 10-year manufacturer warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage due to improper installation, natural disasters, or misuse.

Limitation of Liability

ARSPL is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products beyond the product value. Our maximum liability is limited to the invoice value of the goods supplied.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from transactions with ARSPL shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Gurugram, Haryana, India.

Changes to Terms

ARSPL reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The latest version will be available on our website.
