Delivery Coverage

ARSPL delivers UPVC roofing products across all states and union territories of India. We also offer international shipping for bulk export orders.

Processing Time

Standard orders are processed within 2–5 business days of confirmed payment. Custom size orders may require 7–10 business days for manufacturing and quality inspection.

Delivery Timelines

• Tamil Nadu and South India: 3–7 business days
• West and Central India: 5–10 business days
• North India: 7–14 business days
• Northeast India: 10–18 business days

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on destination, order weight, and volume. A freight estimate will be provided in the quotation. Free delivery may be available for very large bulk orders within certain zones.

Mode of Transport

We dispatch via reputed transport companies and lorry services. For small orders, courier services like DTDC or Delhivery may be used. All shipments include tracking information.

Damage During Transit

ARSPL carefully packages all products to minimize damage in transit. If any damage occurs, please document it with photographs at the time of delivery and notify us within 48 hours. We will arrange for replacement or credit at our discretion.

Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive a transport receipt (LR number) or tracking ID via SMS/email.
